Session Policies 🍒

Everything you need to know before we create something beautiful together.

Thank you for choosing Little Cherry Photography. These policies are designed to keep the booking process simple, clear, and enjoyable for everyone. Please review the information below before booking your session.

Booking & Retainer 🍒

A $75 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. Your date is not officially reserved until the retainer has been received.

The remaining session balance is due no later than the day of your scheduled session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling 🍒

I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your session, please provide as much notice as possible.

Your retainer may be transferred one time to a new session date when adequate notice is provided.

Cancellations will result in the loss of the retainer. Repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may require a new retainer before another date can be reserved.

Weather 🍒

Outdoor sessions are always subject to weather conditions. If Little Cherry Photography determines that weather or shooting conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for your session, we will work together to select a new date at no additional charge.

Cloudy skies alone generally aren't a reason to reschedule—we can still create beautiful images!

Travel 🍒

Travel within 15 miles of Royse City, Texas is included with your session.

Locations outside the included service area are subject to a travel fee of $1.00 per additional mile, round trip.

Longer-distance sessions or locations requiring significant travel may require a custom travel quote.

Arriving for Your Session 🍒

Please arrive on time and ready to begin your session.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that other scheduled clients are not affected. Session fees will not be reduced or refunded because of client tardiness.

Images & Editing 🍒

Your package includes a minimum number of professionally edited digital images based on the session you select.

Final images are carefully chosen and professionally edited in the signature Little Cherry Photography style.

RAW and unedited images are not provided.

Because every session is different, the exact number of photographs captured or available for selection cannot be guaranteed beyond the minimum included with your package.

Additional edited images may be available for purchase when applicable.

Gallery Delivery 🍒

Your finished photographs will be delivered through a private online gallery.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your completed gallery to be delivered unless a different timeframe has been discussed before your session.

Downloads, Printing & Personal Use 🍒

Your session includes a personal print release, allowing you to download, share, and print your final purchased images for personal use.

Copyright and ownership of the photographs remain with Little Cherry Photography.

Images may not be altered, heavily filtered, sold, entered into commercial use, or represented as the work of another photographer without written permission.

When sharing your photographs online, tagging or crediting Little Cherry Photography is always appreciated. 🍒

Artistic Style 🍒

By booking a session with Little Cherry Photography, you acknowledge that you have reviewed my portfolio and understand my photography and editing style.

Every session is unique, and final image selection, composition, cropping, color treatment, black-and-white conversions, and other artistic decisions remain at the photographer's discretion.

Children & Family Sessions 🍒

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the session. I completely understand that little ones may need a moment to warm up, take a break, or simply be themselves. We'll work with them whenever possible to keep the experience relaxed and enjoyable.

However, specific poses, expressions, or cooperation from children cannot be guaranteed.

Client Safety 🍒

The safety of my clients always comes first. Little Cherry Photography reserves the right to modify, relocate, pause, or discontinue a pose or session activity that may be unsafe due to the location, weather, environment, or other circumstances.
